TEMPERED GLASS
We may produce 3.000.000 sqm tempered glass per year. We have got two flat glass tempering machine which are convectional heat distributing systems. We can toughen glasses from 3mm to 12mm. We are also able to produce soft coated low-e and hard coated low-e glasses as well
SHAPED GLASS
Our production facility has got 5 CNC machines and 3 Waterjets in order to produces glasses with rounded corners and cut-outs for hinges. We may produce 300 glasses which has got 2 hinge cut-outs. We also have got 3 automated drilling machines.
CURVED GLASS
Our curved furnaces can bend glasses from 500mm to 1500mm. Length of the bent glasses can be up to 2000mm. Minimum radius is 500mm and maximum radius is 5500mm
PRINTED GLASS
Printing process is our most powerful side, we have got 6 automatic and 5 manual printing machines. Printed glasses that we produce mainly used in for shower doors, home appliances, rack cabinets and lightening sectors.
Small Glass
Glass for Swithc and Socket can be produced in our factory with the help of special furnace to toughen glasses sizes smaller than 10 cm
INSULATED GLASS
We have got two insulating machines and we can produces, double, triple, stepped unit with printing and heated glasses
HEATED GLASS
Heated glasses are used at where there is big temperature difference between insight and outsight. We are heating the surface of the glasses with the help of special coating on the glass surface and we avoid to have condensation on the glass surface and we can always see the other side of the glasses
SHAPED DOUBLE GLASS
That kind of glasses are widely used in industrial cooling sectors as side glasses and we have got special machines and spacers to produce these glasses with high efficiency.
SATINATED GLASS
We can produce and serve satinated glasses from 4mm to 12mm with standard quality level
